The 2026 Real Estate Assessment Roll will be open for public inspection in the Assessment Department on first floor at City Hall, 407 Grant Street, Wausau, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on April 23, 2026.
To serve the public more efficiently, we are requiring taxpayers schedule an appointment to speak with an appraiser. To request an appointment either call 715-261-6600 or visit our website at: https://www.wausauwi.gov/your-government/assessment.
It is requested that all inquiries regarding 2026 assessments be made during the public inspection period which precedes the closing and certification of the assessment roll.
