Due to a sanitary sewer emergency repair at the intersection of 5th Street and McClellan Street, 5th Street from Grant Street to Scott Street will be reduced to one lane.  Additionally, McClellan Street from 5th Street to 6th Street will be closed to thru traffic.  This block of McClellan Street will only be accessible from 6th Street.  The lane reduction and street closure are expected to remain in place for approximately one week.
