The City of Wausau is accepting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for real estate services necessary for the valuation and acquisition of property being acquired for Bus. 51 (Grand Avenue), Marathon County, WDOT Project ID 6999-02-20.  The project consists of the reconstruction of Bus. 51 (Grand Avenue) from Lakeview Drive to Kent Street.  The selected Consultant will perform negotiations and appraisal services as needed and as described in the RFQ, including preparation of a Project Data Book, NPPR, and appraisal review services.  This solicitation is for eminent domain real estate services, including valuation and acquisition.

Qualifications and proposals are due by 3:00 pm on Monday, April 13, 2026.  Proposals will be opened by the Board of Public Works on April 14, 2026 at 10:30 am in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
