Wausau Water Works (WWW) invites qualified professional engineering firms to submit proposals to perform a comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Capacity Assessment & Flow Monitoring Study for the City of Wausau sanitary sewer collection system.
The primary objective of this study is to identify existing conveyance capacity limitations, evaluate current system performance, and prioritize sewer infrastructure improvement using available system data and targeted flow monitoring. The study is intended to support WWW's long-term capital improvement planning and operational decision making.
This project is intended to be a planning-level sanitary sewer capacity assessment and is not intended to be a comprehensive inflow and infiltration (I&I) study or a full-system dynamic wet weather hydraulic model calibration.
