The City of Wausau is seeking proposals from engineering firms to prepare construction plans and specifications for the design of traffic signals at WIS 52 (Bridge Street)/5th Street, WIS 52 (Bridge Street)/6th Street and BUS 51 (Bridge Street)/1st Avenue.  The City of Wausau has received SISP funding from the WI Department of Transportation for reconstruction of the signals. 

To request a copy of the full proposal, please email lori.wunsch@wausauwi.gov.  Sealed proposals are due to the City of Wausau Engineering Department, 407 Grant Street, Wausau, WI 54403 by 3:00 pm on September 14, 2026.  Proposals should be marked "Signal Design RFP - Bridge Street."  Proposals will be opened by the Board of Public Works on September 15, 2026 at 9:30 am.
