The City of Wausau will be holding a Community Engagement Session on Thursday, January 29, at 5:30 p.m., to collect public input about non-industrial land use options for the 6.77-acre property located at 1300 Cleveland Avenue.
Purpose
The purpose of the meeting is to collect public input and preferences on non-industrial land use options for the site. City staff will offer a brief overview of the neighborhood, site background, and potential land use choices. Following this, participants will have the opportunity to express their non-industrial land use preferences and provide input.
Meeting Information
The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 29, at 5:30 p.m. It will take place at the Wausau Waterworks Treatment Facility Administrative Building Conference Room located at 430 Adrian Street and is being coordinated by the City of Wausau Community Development Department.
