  • If the parcel you are paying is considered delinquent, our online portal will not show you the amount of interest and penalty due. Please contact our office at 715-261-6640 for your total amount due and to discuss payment options.

  • There is a processing delay of up to 5 business days between the time you initiate the payment and we receive the payment when paying via credit/debit card or electronic check. If payment is not received by our office by the due date, it is considered late. Late payments incur interest and penalty charges per state statute.
